Group Leaders

21. You can disagree all you want, but a decision is needed tomorrow, and I think mine is the best, so that's what I'm proposing in the morning." When a group leader says this, he/she is being

A. Authoritarian

B. Laissez-faire

C. Tyrannical

D. A jerk

My answer for this question was tyrannical because tyrannical is excercising power in cruel way. When you think about it, this quote isn't really cruel though.

The right answer to this question is authoritarian. This is the answer because authoritarian leadership is used in situations when there is not a lot of time. This quote obviously states that there is not a lot of time because it states that they need a decision by the next morning. An authoritarian leader would use the short time to get to the job done.
